Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
2 ¼ cups | Flour |
1 tsp | Baking soda |
¼ tsp | Salt |
1 stick | Butter, softened |
¼ cup | Coconut oil, melted |
½ cup | Granulated sugar |
½ cup | Brown sugar |
2 | Eggs |
1 tsp | Vanilla |
A dash | Allspice |
¾ cup or so | Raisins |
1 ½ cups or so | Oats |
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat butter, coconut oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla; beat until well blended.
- Add flour mixture gradually and beat until combined.
- Add allspice, oats, and raisins. Stir in.
- Scoop onto sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Notes
(based off of eggs.ca‘s basic cookie dough recipe) I changed the amount of sugar to 1/2 cup of each instead of 3/4 cup of each. I also used a stick of butter (1/2 cup) and a 1/4 melted coconut oil, insead 3/4 3/4 cup butter. I also added the raisins, oats, and allspice.
