Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients

2 ¼ cups Flour
1 tsp Baking soda
¼ tsp Salt
1 stick Butter, softened
¼ cup Coconut oil, melted
½ cup Granulated sugar
½ cup Brown sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
A dash Allspice
¾ cup or so Raisins
1 ½ cups or so Oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Beat butter, coconut oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until well blended.
  5. Add flour mixture gradually and beat until combined.
  6. Add allspice, oats, and raisins. Stir in.
  7. Scoop onto sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

Notes

(based off of eggs.ca‘s basic cookie dough recipe) I changed the amount of sugar to 1/2 cup of each instead of 3/4 cup of each. I also used a stick of butter (1/2 cup) and a 1/4 melted coconut oil, insead 3/4 3/4 cup butter. I also added the raisins, oats, and allspice.
